Coordinator to ensure that they are having their needs met and meeting the needs of others; they will have weekly devotions as a group as well as participating in, and helping with, camp chapels and devotions.  In addition, those teens that successfully complete the L.A.M.P. program will have the opportunity to have a small increase in their salary if they apply for a paying camp job in the future.
