WHAT TO BRING?  WHAT NOT TO BRING?

WEATHER...
A good start would be to check the extended weather forecast just prior to packing and leaving for camp.  There is a link on our home page that will take you straight to a site with an extended forecast in our area.  If you'd like to use some other weather website our zip code (which you'll want to plug in to get the correct forecast) is 99148.

The next consideration is just knowing your child.  If the expected high temperatures are in the 70's some kids would be cool and others would be quite warm.  Plan accordingly.

A final thing you may need to remember when packing is that the children will be outdoors both morning, afternoon and evening.  Campfire can get a little cool sometimes so plan to send a nice pullover, sweater or light jacket.

Here's our suggested list:

MEDICAL OR BEHAVIORAL NEEDS...
Parents/Guardians:
If your child has any special medical or behavioral needs please send a detailed letter in with your application. If you desire you may place the letter in an envelope and address it to the Camp Administrator to ensure privacy - he will only share the information with those that need to know (i.e., Counselor, Camp Nurse, etc.).  In addition, for children needing extra attention for medical or behavioral reasons, it is strongly recommended that you speak with the Camp Administrator (509-233-2511) prior to registering your camper.  Some behaviors and special needs may be outside of our expertise and abilities.  Unfortunately we cannot provide 1:1 ratios for special needs - children must be successful in a group environment and be able to care for there own basic needs.  Please ensure your camper has a positive experience by speaking with the Camp Administrator regarding your special needs children prior to registering them.  Thanks!
